1. Agreement
By using this website or purchasing services from Motion Media LLC, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide video production, motion graphics, branding and related creative services as described on the site or in your order.
3. Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. One-time projects are billed per the quoted scope.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final delivered assets. Source files and templates remain our property unless explicitly transferred.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for illegal, harmful or infringing content.
6. Liability
Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can cancel at any time from your account.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
