Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; the current paid period remains active until its end. We do not pro-rate partial months.
2. 7-day satisfaction guarantee
New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment if no deliverables have been produced. Email redouane.graphique@gmail.com with your order ID.
3. One-time projects
Custom production work (video edits, motion graphics, branding) is refundable only before production starts. Once work has begun, fees cover time already invested and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. Digital deliverables
Final delivered files (videos, graphics, source files) are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — most issues are resolved within 48 hours. Filing a chargeback without contact may result in account suspension.
6. How to request a refund
Email redouane.graphique@gmail.com with your order ID and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
